We all have things that break, and it’s pretty frustrating when you don’t have the right tools to fix them. Sugru is a clay-like glue that you can mold over objects. It feels soft and pliable when you first take it out of the package, but after 24 hours, it turns into a permanent silicone rubber.
Sometimes I just stumble my way around and fall on great resources.
One of my favorite sites is Cult of Pedagogy
A great aspect of the site is the podcast. My favorite episode so far has to be “What is an Innovative Class?“.
I have listened to the entire episode five times through, and I am still gleaning from it. Give it a listen. A few things we do here in STEM class come from inspiration found in that episode. Gotta give credit to Jennifer Gonzalez and Don Wettrick.
The Pinbox 3000 is a cardboard kit with a free online instructional video that teaches you how to make a pinball machine. This was so much fun to make and today we will be talking about the packaging, instructions, our first time using it, the uses of the product, and pros and cons of the product.
