littleBits Bubble Bot Review – by Jess
The Bubble Bot, by littleBits, is a fun way to engage your child in technology while having fun. littleBits “make the gears turn”… it is so cool to be able to connect different pieces and create cool reactions through these pieces. I want to say thank you to Allison Vanest and the whole team at littleBits for giving me the awesome opportunity to review their product. Like in my other reviews, I want to make it clear that my opinion may be different than yours… this is just my thoughts on the product. I hope that this review helps you if you are deciding if you should invest in this company.
Chibi Light (Chibitronics) – Megan
Chibi Lights is an interactive book that you can attach copper wires, LED stickers, and a battery to make a light glow inside the Circuit Sticker Sketchbook they give you in the package. It’s very fun to play around with and make lights go on and off on the book. The box comes with a Circuit Sticker Sketchbook, 12 LED stickers ( 6 white, 2 yellow, 2 red, 2 blue), 2 Coin batteries, 2 battery clips, and 15 ft of copper tape.
When I received the package, it was securely inside a yellow package. Once I opened it everything was there. It was easy to open and to see everything I got. Nothing was damaged or missing. The box itself was very cute and the outside of it looked fun and inviting. It made me want to open it right away and see what was inside. Everything inside the box was neat and secure. I opened the sketchbook and was amazed by what was all inside.
Magnetips Review – Hannah
Concept
Magnetips are refillable hexagon-shaped pens containing a Neodymium magnet that connects them to each other and allows you to play and fidget with them. They are great for coloring, drawing, note-taking, and making interesting and useful creations. Both adults and children can enjoy the water based fineliners, as they can not only be used as pens, but also can be used for playing. Plus, you can’t get in trouble for having them at work or school since they are technically pens.
