Fill out the one page application on the EITC Business Guidelines & Application packet (click here).
The application can be found on page 7 with the heading Appendix I -SO. This page needs to be completed,
signed and sent to:

- Approval and Contribution
Once your business receives a written approval letter from the PA Department of Community & Economic Development
(DCED), you may make your contribution in the amount stated on the application. Please note that you must send
your contribution within 60 days of the date on the approval letter to:

Please complete and print this letter (click here) on your company letterhead to accompany your contribution check.
- Forward Acknowledgement Letter
Upon receipt of your contribution, the Northumberland Christian School Scholarship Organization will send a
written letter acknowledging your gift. You must forward this letter (by mail or Fax) to the PA Department
of Community & Economic Development (DCED) within 90 days of the date on your approval letter to:
DCED Center for Business Financing, Tax Credit Div.

These funds go directly to tuition assistance for families that are eligible by PA State
